Recording the Andreas Pålsson Trio

This summer, I was very fortunate to take part in the recording of an amazing new jazz trio live in the studio during a warm May weekend in Oslo.

Pete Rock, the master of the melodic and jazzy beat, has produced all of the tracks on this originally unreleased album from the group INI. This is classic hip-hop at its very best and one of the few rap albums I can play from start to finish without pause because of the stunning quality and variation.
